We live out of state an heard how amazing Ed Deana's dealership was so we purchased a vehicle from Visalia's Ed Dena's in October 2015, in Jan 2016 we were having some issues with the vehicle due to improper installment, we also have gotten a few tickets frm the improper installment, unfortunately because the issue our vehicle has, an being that we live out of state no one in our area would fix it without the dealerships approval, with that being said we called to get the approval an the dealership either never returned our phone calls or gave us a run around, we finally drove down to the dealership in Jan 2017 to talk to them but the person that we need to speak with was unavailable an were told no one eles was able to help us with our issue, we left with a card and number of the person we had to speak with an we have still have yet to hear from anyone. In May of 2017 we were in an accident do to my tire braking off while driving, which i had my newborn son, 2 daughters, fiance, and myself, thank God nothing happened to us. My overall experience with them has been a the the least to say stressful, one-sided, an silent on there behalf, as I write this my vehicle is sitting undrivable while I still have to make my monthly payment. With all I have been through with this dealership I would say if u dnt have a problem with improper installments, no responses, an the safety of ur family an self, Ed Dena's is ur place!

they used to be better years ago. hey have really slacked in their customer service lately. I do recommend for the automobile sales however. You can get a good deal from them.
NIGHTMARE! We will never revisit this dealership again. We were treated horribly, we were lied to - REPEATEDLY - they are completely unprofessional. The salesman was okay, his boss was an arrogant jerk, the finance person was completely incompetent. Horrible, horrible experience. Go to Keller in Hanford, ask for Alex and Juan.
We had been looking for a new truck for a few months been to Bakersfield, Delano were we felt pushed and rushed Had a good experiance my sales person Isabel is very friendly and took her time to help us the staff was also friendly. We finaly got our new truck that we have been wanting. I recomend Ed Denas for any car purchase.
