Very disappointed. Called and Made reservations first thing in the morning for same day pick up. Get there and they have no records of my reservation and no cars available, even though the guy remembered the phone conversation. Made me wait 20 min before telling me they were not going to get more cars in, then told me they had an SUV but did not offer at the same price. Then in the end turned me down completely because I do not have a credit card, even though I have been renting cars from them for 3 years without a credit card.

Awesome place. Me and my boyfriend went on a last minute, week long trip and didn't want to put the miles on our car. No other car rental agency was able to help us on such short notice. We had called this place early in the morning and nothing was available, but after an hour or so and no luck anywhere else, we went here and luckily someone had just returned a car. The customer service is awesome and very helpful. They will do everything they can to help you get what you are looking for. Great cars that are great on gas! Fast and friendly service. They were very helpful to me when my car was in the shop, they picked me up and the shop and dropped me off when my car was ready for pick up. They have a very nice and helpful staff!
