The entire group of employees are so unprofessional. The only "male" in the store is rude. I purchased a sectional (approx. price $2,300.00). Included in that price is/was warranty for any breaks & Stain proof. Well, my sofas got some stains, they should have able to wipe off because of the Scotchguard protection I paid extra for, the store refuses to clean & make things right. One of the recliners doesn't lock. They refuse to fix it. They put a used piece in the middle of my sectional?! Horrible to deal with & they are totally unprofessional. What business doesn't answer their calls & checks their caller ID??! It's becoming common in so many businesses. I'm sorry that I bought anything from these horrible people. They make us look very bad.
