Allstate has only been here a few short months. Thought I'd come in and see about putting insurance on my new car. Got a really great price for insurance. Now i have both my vehicles insured here. Horrible place representing Allstate insurance Co. I went in to close my policy and the insurance advisor gave me so much attitude and seemed clueless about my policy statement . Come on now Octavio please train all staff correctly or have the trainer train correctly. I was led to believe my balance was 0.00. When in reality it wasn't and both insurance advisors couldn't explain to me cleary please go else where if looking for insurance go to State Farm or Geico but stay away from this particular location and fiesta auto insurance. The staff isn't professional only when it's to their convenience they don't explain policies right and don't take the proper protocol when taking calls . Trust me avoid an hassle and go else where!!
