I had to track down my order. When I dropped it off they told me they would call once it is ready. After a week I had to go in there to track it down. When I called the customer service was terrible. I was never given a receipt of any kind.
I have been a customer of C&S for over 50 years. Although it seems like I am there every day, in actuality, I am there twice a week. I drop a load every week and I can never remember a single time that I wasn't treated with the utmost respect. The help is extremely nice and the owners are real old fashion business people. The customer comes first! As far as quality, you won't find a better job. Yes, they do charge a little more than others, but you get a much better product than the other places, and I believe my clothes last much longer because they treat them gently and they are professionals when it comes to dry cleaning. "You get what you pay for" could not be more true when you go to C&S Laundry.
