I had printed out My Confirmation and showed it to the Man at the Desk. He said it showed in His Computer that it was a regular room. My Confirmation from Best Western said different.
It was nice that there was a hot breakfast on the weekend. Good selection for the continental breakfast during the week. The fridge worked great. The freezer was cold enough to make ice. It is a great location for getting to the Sequoia and King's Canyon National parks. The only drawback was slow internet at times.
Highly disappointed and good thing I was not in a Wheelchair or else, I would have to look for another place to stay in this crappy Town
We have stayed here before and booked again because, We were needing to stay in this area.
Clean room and a pretty good breakfast. Nothing to complain about. There are only about 45 rooms so it was pretty quiet. No elevators.
Very clean. Breakfast had a great selection of all the things you could eat. Just wish they had fresh strawberries to go with that beautiful waffle and whip cream. Nice a quiet. Great expierence.
This best western is overall a great clean place! Would definitely recommend and continue to stay there when I'm in that town! Thank you keep up the great work!
I would have marked it higher but, when We arrived, Our Accessible Room that I booked online was give away to Guests NOT Disabled.
